When? The Arômes et Saveurs association launches a range of activities on the theme of French cuisine : Evening cooking classes, on Thursday, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Classes take place in a community center. The chef teach an everydaylife french cuisine. 
Others culinary activities : market tours, restaurants and their kitchens, cookery lectures, recipe competitions, picnics, culinary rallies etc…
The cooking classes start on September every year; check with the association for the other activities. How? Classes can be held in 3 languages, French, English and Italian, and round off with a tasting of the prepared meals.
Thereafter, the participants can exchange their anecdotes about their own culinary culture, by bringing family recipes, etc…Conviviality is guaranteed! You also have the opportunity to accompany Carite on her shopping trip in the morning; she’ll tell you about the history of the neighbourhood and the market. She'll show you how to choose seasonal produce and introduce you to the shopkeepers.
